i went out happy-snapping with the tourists at lunch time:
yinka shonibare's ship in a bottle;
nelson's column;
a token red bus;
and a tiny glimpse of the london eye.
somehow the scale looks wrong
which makes it all look slightly surreal.
apparently
the building i work in
used to be the home of the chap
who looked after the fountains in trafalgar square.
what a nice job.
